For Kagiso and Unarine, it all started with a simple hello.

Their paths first crossed at a social gathering, where Kagiso walked up to Unarine, greeted her and, much to her surprise, called her by name. Completely caught off guard, Unarine wondered who he was and how he knew her. She politely returned his greeting and carried on with her evening, never imagining that this brief encounter would one day become the beginning of their forever.

A few weeks later, Kagiso found his way into Unarine’s DMs. She wasn’t immediately impressed, but somewhere between that first message, the daily conversations and countless hours spent talking on the phone, something beautiful began to grow.

What started as curiosity slowly became friendship, connection and, eventually, love.

In December 2018, Kagiso and Unarine officially began their journey together. Two years later, on 10 December 2020, Kagiso asked Unarine to spend forever with him.

Now, after years filled with love, growth, laughter and choosing one another through every season, the moment they have prayed for has finally arrived.

Surrounded by the people they love and with grateful hearts, Kagiso and Unarine are ready to stand before God, exchange their vows and begin the beautiful chapter of marriage.
